He's a Brit. So that makes things ideal in two ways - less rabid lawyers (or barristers, as they call them) and The Sun. One could also attempt to bait the teacher into repeating an autism-related insult while secretly taping her. You'd have to check into your local laws to know whether or not that is legal in your area. It's legal in Utah, and I was in a class with someone who decided to tape our professor delivering a homophobic diatribe. Those of us who complained and had him on tape got a tuition reduction and were excused from his class
But, if that teacher is generally disliked, other students that have been upset by her could be used to your advantage. Determine how many people dislike her and devise a vengeful scheme accordingly.
