I have made up a language, and while the dictionary isn't complete it is a very functional language working very similarly to the scheme programming language. Every letter had a unique sound, no two ways to say the same letter. I got rid of letters I thought useless like C and Q. And assigned new sounds to letters like X.

(For those arguing for the useless letters. C is in general either a K type sound or S type sound so C is now K or S depending on the context. Where CH is concerned this is now X. X sounds like KS therefore X is now written as two letters. G is always G like in Gold. J is always J like in Jelly. A, E I and O all sound like their short version while U sounds like OO. EE is like you would expect in the work WEED. THERE ARE NO LOWERCASE LETTERS BECAUSE IT IS NOT NECESSARY. In fact the language looks mostly like a single line cut up with bumps here and there.

I never used my own language, but when I was 11 or 12 I developed one. I had a whole set of rules for tenses, verb endings, sentence construction and the rest. It was one of my obsessions for about a year.

i used to when i was little. not a full language vocabulary, but only my twin and me could speak it.
interestingly, it was number based and didn't use real words unless they rhymed/related to the numbers
