Thank you for starting this topic Thoseleftbehind.
So many people have the same issues so I am going to quote them first then add the ones I have that might not be on anyone else's list:

The sound of people sniffling
Loud chewing, especially the sound of gum chewing
When people scrape their utensils on their plates, or bang their utensils loudly on their plates
Repetitive tapping and clicking noises
The sound of talking on TV when I'm in a different room
When people touch me and I don't see them
When people stand too close to me
When people who don't have sinus problems always have their mouth open
Certain smells and perfumes really upset me
if I find a "crunchy bit" or something that shouldn't be in my food like bone or cartilage, I will get sick.

My hair touching the back of my neck. Most days it doesn't bother me that much, but some days it drives me absolutely insane. Certain food textures or tastes...Crowded rooms send me into a panic... Tapping. Tapping drives me insane too. Or seeing people pet each other, or kiss each other.

The sound of a someone writing with a pencil, or a scratchy sounding pen
Anything else that feels dry, dusty.
Hearing a TV playing when I'm not interested in the program, and sometimes even when I am interested the sound of it really annoys me.
Repetition. Hearing people talk about the same things over and over again.
Perfume or cologne, or air freshener type of scent.
Hearing music or a movie through bad/cheap speakers
Almost any pop music from the last 15 years or so
Having too many people circling around me in a store while I'm shopping.

Someone mentioned tags on clothing. I would like to hurt the person who made those very badly. I mean I very much want to hurt them and I want it to hurt badly. Those things are the devil. There is no greater evil. I exaggerate, but not by much. Also I really hate them. I have a lot of shirts with holes at the neckline because even if I cut them off the little bit left over drives me insane. F'n tags. Now I am agitated thinking about them. I probably forgot to mention I hate those f'ers.

Bright sunlight can make me sneeze

People trying to look at me in my eyes. I hate that so much. I don't really even like looking in the face direction, but I have learned to do that. I look at people's mouth's when they talk, someone on the spectrum at you tube suggested looking at their noses. I don't even like being that close. I am good with the mouth thing.

Clammy hand shakes. Or those like really soft ones and then the person puts their other hand over your hand. I want to yell at them, but I never do.

Whispering.

People who lean in when they talk.

Dripping water

Flapping things like if there is an awning and it's flapping in the wind.

Thumping noises.

Telephone ringing.

The sound of florescent lights.

The sound of car engines in a traffic jam.

Loud footsteps.

There are probably a few dozen other things as well. I am patient with most these issues. Most the time I only have to put up with the problem for a few seconds or minutes. But, if it's longer I can get so stressed out I will not want to leave the house for days at a time and sometimes I won't even leave if I don't have anything to eat except oatmeal or rice or something weird like that I have one thing to eat and no toppings or meat or veggies. I really don't like meals without meat and veggies or at least some cheese or eggs and veggies.

OMG yes...today a man was whistling very loud in the grocery store. It made me feel homicidal.

Sometimes when I take the bus there will be a whistler on it. I would like to make them get off the bus. What kind of uncivilized idiot has to be whistling a monotone note for more than a couple of seconds. One of them did this for about a half an hour whistling one note over and over and over and over and over again. I think if I had punched him it would have been justified, but somehow I don't think the law has caught up with this act of self defense.

I'm more sensitive then a normal person but it's more sensory. Loud noise, high pitch noise, jump scares etc.

I cannot stand hearing football games on TV. The crowd noise and the whistle that goes off all the time send me into a rage. Baseball games also have that horrible background noise. When I lived at home it was hell for me on holidays, when other guys wanted to watch football. No one ever took it seriously and thought I was some kind of a weird creature because I could not stand to hear football.

Water Chestnuts (The texture is so wrong because they look like they wouldn't be that texture)
Excessive Commercial Breaks (NASCAR, I'm talking to you especially, you greedy pigs)

That's just all I can think of right now. I'm sure there's a LOT more if I were to think on it for a bit.

Whatever you do for a career, DO NOT Work in the Restaurant Industry, it has all that going on and more.

People chewing.

Turning on the sink faucet at full blast.

Soda/beer cans being opened (can make the muscles in my neck clench tight).

Snoring.

Having to hear my neighbors on the phone. Not only do I hear them, I can usually hear the voice on the phone through my apartment floor. Very distracting.

I can't wear wool even with a shirt between it and me. Those evil little fibers creep through (and also like to fly on to my face and into my eyes).

My skin is really sensitive to temperature -- I like when it's warm and humid and I can't feel air going past it when I move. It's a little ironic since heat makes me exhausted and kind of ill, but overall I still prefer hot to cold. I like either loose or form-fitting clothing, but nothing with some of one and some of the other.

Basically, any sound that would scare a cat (vacuum, power tools, loud alarms).

Strongly scented anything: soap, cleansers, etc.

Glare. I avoid driving at night because when there's oncoming traffic I can't see the lines. Similarly, anything with regularly spaced black and white lines: I see bright lines that aren't there racing randomly across the surface.

Any dish that has meat and fruit in it. It's against nature or god or something to eat those two things at once.

And, it's not sensory, but when a radio station plays the same stereotypically edited/hyped-up ad twice at every commercial break for a week:

"[80's style guitar solo in background, voice deep and with lots of echo] This weekend weekend weekend see The Garbage Men!
[AM-radio-filtered voice] And enter a drawing to win a Fender Stratocaster!
[back to echoey voice] At the Alameda Country Fair & Rodeo at the Maritime Pavilion Pavilion Pavilion! [muted guitar slide]."

-People on buses who have a loud cough. I know they can't help it but knowing that still doesn't make me less annoyed by it

-The sound of small children. Yes, I'm old-fashioned - children should be seen and not heard in public

-Someone moving about on the floor above me. Although it isn't loud, the tone of it almost makes my eardrums burst, or it feels like it anyway. Ouch!

-Car horns going for no reason as the car passes me

-Loud motorcycles, or flash sport cars with a loud engine

-Alarms by shop doors going off for about a second, every 5 minutes or so. Once I went into this small clothes shop, and there was this noise by the door that made a sudden high-pitched din, only a quick noise, and was doing it every 5 minutes or so.

I wish things like that would get checked. Flickering lights have to be fixed or prevented because of Epileptics, so sudden loud and unnecessary noises should be too, because it's not fair on Autistics and those with ear problems or pace-makers.

I feel like there has been many iterations of this basic question. I've answered something similar to this before.

I don't see myself as "hypersensitive", but whenever someone yells at me {my mom, my sister, my next-door neighbor, etc.}, it makes me want to punch someone in the face. However, I try to avoid violence because I don't see the need for violence, even though my mom and/or my sister like to provoke me into feeling violent.
