Hey Ezra - yah, to the extent you can prep things the night before it really helps. I'm not and have never been a morning person. It's a wonder I don't have my clothes on backwards when walk out of the door in the morning. If I could go to bed at 2am and get up at 10am things would be a lot better for me but unfortunately the world doesn't seem to work like that.
