I got 25 on the geek syndrome test.

I've had liverworst, but not liver. I don't know if it tastes the same or not.

164/200 vs 26/200; 31 on the other test. Geez, and I never even knew much about Asperger's until yesterday!

Rdos, can you tell us the purpose of some of the questions, such as, "Are you psychic?" I thought that one was interesting, since it didn't ask, "Do you THINK you're psychic?" I was also surprised by the liver and peripheral vision questions.

The liver question was suggested by a friend of mine and it was a failure (iow, it is not related to ASD).

The psychic questions? Just a hunch this would be related to ASDs, and it is to some extent, but they aren't terribly relevant.

The question about peripheral vision OTOH is very relevant. I don't know exactly what it is related to other than continuously scanning your environment.

Aspie - 118/200
Neurotypical 59/200

I liked the Wired magazine Aspie quiz, I got a 40/50 on that one. I might be one.

Aspie score: 130 of 200
neurotypical score: 64 of 200

I also did not know what the liver and the sea food was about, and some other questions that I dont know the meaning like:
Having a small mouth? what is that?

and these
Do you feel you were born with the wrong gender?
Are you homosexual or bisexual?
I don't see if those have to do with AS

I got 30 in the geeksyndrome quiz

What is the link of that one?

I think the rdos version is more accurate than the geekquiz, because it takes into account the people on the lower end of the Aspie spectrum, whereas the geekquiz gives a flat answer, saying that you are not an Aspie, if you don't get a large enough score. The rdos version acknowledges that I'm not a full Aspie, but I'm also not a full NT. I'm almost equally both, which is exactly what I had come to believe about myself.

Your Aspie score: 88 of 200
Your neurotypical (non-autistic) score: 146 of 200
You are very likely neurotypical

I know I'm on the higher end of the spectrum, but geez!

Geek Syndrome Test: 8/50

Was that test as stupid as I think it was?

Oh, yeah! I was curious about the relevance of having a small mouth too. Rdos, could you explain that one? Thanks for the other answers you gave.

An experimental question with some relevance. I think it was inspired by a WP-poll :-)

The trouble with most of the physical trait questions that have been in the quiz is not so much that some of them have failed but rather that virtually none of them have been possible to definitely link to Neanderthal traits. One would assume that it would be possible (through fossil evidence or foot-prints) to confirm that things like flat-foot would be present or absent in Neanderthals, but it seems not. About the only question that have succeeded in this aspect is "occipital bun" that got a tiny correlation in an early version. One Rosaling Harding also published (at least in newspapers) a study about the origin of red hair and assigned it to Neanderthals, but it seems like this too have been disputed.

Your Aspie score: 118 of 200
Your neurotypical (non-autistic) score: 77 of 200
You are very likely an Aspie

I also scored 25 on the other test and it said I was most likely an Aspie..

I like liver... but I rarely eat it. I do eat a LOT of red meat though. My diet mostly consists of that. Pretty much fast food fare. Meat and potatoes, with a little bit of greens as garnish.

Interesting... that sort of diet seems to be bad for the general population, but good for us... hmmm....
