...It is now the next day .
As I said , my money came in ~ and I spent much too much already simply on food/treats , but also on YET MORE rebought necessities ~ like , another #2 pair of glasses , the last one having fallen apart .
I could , as of right now ~ perhaps ~ get an untra-cheap smartphone - but maybe I wouldn't even be able to get that decent 2nd (meaning , 1 I am not wearing) set of clothes ?
I was up to $200 or so gone by the time I left and went into a hospital last week .

...I died get back into the same shelter ~ oh well ~ and I'm OK now , actually , the personal situation's OK now and I have some money ~ Howevs , once I spend it , the money's GONE , and my problems ~ Outlined above ? ~ about only one set of clothes , no tech , my body's total collapse , the question of having to walk so much , remains (And the getting-enougyh-sleep sit. - and the shelter/area being rather run-down/depressing )...........

...By the way , I have a lot of (to simplify) medical/legal/" lost mail " stuff I could use help with . Please ?

...I went walking to-day with no bag at all , leaving them at " home " ~ You might think I'dve been lighter on my feet , but , again , it seemed that my being rather packed in/corseted by a heavy load , be it my backpack or a carrier bag , balanced me ~ I was tired walking .

...I walked with one , fairly heavy , Walgreens' bag ~ Look , walking down Polk Street (I bus back up) , then much walking around this Tenderloin/U.N. Plaza area that I am eighteen years SO ! familiar with ...Strains e .
I am tending to be perpetually out of breath and have chest pain , this time on my right side .
This morning at breakfast I had still ANOTHER ! coughing attack , I and stuff stuck in my throat (I have nearly no teeth , you know ~I'm a f*****g bum ) ~ If I ever needed Hemltch/whatever , would , even in a crowd , anybody be competent enough to dislodge anything before I died ?
I did get a second , " better " , set of clothes but:
(1) Again , I didn't go to church (As I've told myself I'd do but haven't in all the time I've been back in SF) , I was again with hardly enough sleep , though after the coughing attack I thought maybe a vengeful God was sending a " Thy fool ! Thy soul may be required of thee this night ! " or-else message , however , I did other back-and-forthing , and the fact that it was apparently about to rain (And it did) and I didn't want the new , better , clothes , which I'd laid out the night bfore , to get wet .
(2) Getting some more sleep but musty once I woke up , I woke about noon , for us to be roistered out , I didn't have time to put on the clothes , I skipped over the free feed this time ~ partly to save walking ~ I decided I wanted to spend $3 on a Sunday paper and read it while eating finding an actual Sunday paper was hell and damnation's own Pepto-Bismol clone , I did , eventually , walkwalkwalking myself into exaustion , find one and eat at that U.N. Plaza/" Theive's Market " Carl's Jr , really nutritious meal , no ??? ~ Here now .
I asked help that didn't involve money , no one reads this in the 7/1 million Bay Area who would/could do that ~ Actually , I could use money , then .
Remember , the $200 or more of stuff of mine I lost/got broke or had stolen in these last weeks ~ And the total goes up - Just today , I finally gave up on te cases for my (always generic , never prescription) #1 glasses , minus the case they'll doubtless fall apart fast , the cheap folder for some of my cards is falling apart ...

Ass-P I wonder why you aren't receiving better benefits. You ought to be eligible for housing assistance, have you applied?

If you could be admitted to a convalescent center or rest home on Medicaid, would you go? You need more stability than you can provide yourself. Stable food, sleep, shelter, meds.

...Thank you , briefly , if I could have a little more stuff/contact/some progress on clearing up my (very complex) many " paperwork " problems ~ I could take a " hospital "-y place - and had Internet access . A very large percentage of even the shelter's other " inmates " have laptops , etc.

...I'll ~ maybe later ~ explain the " paperwork " reference but , first , let me say that , this morning , I got into the new clothes - I'm wearing them now (So , a grand total of two sets , what I have on now and the " not quite good enough " dirty set .) ~ After I had them on , though , about noon ----- I felt rather exausted and tired and lied in my bunk (a metal bunk w/someone over me) and might have even stayed there and slept/tried to , although I had to vamos and go downhill to get lunch and get to a computer ~ Thus this ~ but I might've stayed there if we weren't obligated to clear out the barracks at lunchtime for a couple hours .
I really feel bloated , gas weight?? Water weight?? ~ When I walk I feel tired fast and feel I have to rest after a few but there's certainly few places to rest in Polk-into-Tenderloin , certainly " officially " - Literally , I could just hang out in front of the shelter when roisted out - be another " homeless dude hanging out in front of his shelter " ~ on rather-depressing-during-daytime Polk Street , whoopee - Or go buy more pizza/soda/whatever I don't need on the spur of the moment as admittedly I did on the way down ...........
I'm not kidding about the gassiness/weight ~ It now seems to manifest myself in my difficulty walking (Which , granted , is maybe less bad now ~ maybe )...

...Much of what I mean about " paperwork " is such things as ~ Well , I've written about some here , some not?? - My ENDLESS travails in trying to receive some answers regarding my attempts to go back to college ~ But , on another hand , a medical outfit that I signed up with at the tiime of that Homeless Connect in October because they said they could get me prescription glasses & dentures ~ Well , I kept getting mailings from them , but at this private mailboxes place , which I've given up - I just could use some help in figuring out what to do with it ! !! !! !!

...Today , going out , one of my shoes ~ My only pair of shoes ~ came apart , becoming NG .
Luckily , I did have money to-day , and I walked many and many blocks to the same Payless where I had bought those same shoes that fell apart to get something (A Goodwill had been tried but , not suprisingly , they had nothing in my size .
So , another $27.00 or so gone , just replacing one only pair of shoes with another only pair .
I had thought of trying to got to the hospital again , however , I'm perhaps not noticably " sick " enough to get in , and another couple days of being isolated and endlessly watching TV...
However , the same pattern of my badly wounded foots' wound getting spread and smooshed around , and " mountains " growing around it...continues .
My pattern of not getting enough sleep at the shelter continues as well , and they're being stricter on petty rules there now ~ And , actually , my sleepiness/tending to drop off to sleep continu9es .

...I have only two pair of clothes , and the " better " ones somehow managed to be both too tight yet not fitting on my hips . And the pants now are soiled . Remember , please , the over $200 in value of stuff that I had stolen from me , or was broken/lost , in these last few-ish weeks .
I have only the bare minimum sheets/blanket , nothing more , and no real bedclothes , and it's rather chilly at night~ .
I have medical things to add related to the reasons I haven't been online the last three days , maybe I'll make it new in Health .

...As I said , basically just two minimal pants/shirt combos , and underwear I continuously replace due to my soiling it not enough , anyway , warm clothes at night ~ I always wear a sports jacket/thick denim jacket combo when outside , the denim , especially , might be nearing the end of its road .
I don't really have money to feel comfortable doing just the 1/2 of my laundry and getting a small detergent box first + I believe it's reserved for the day now .
I have been retaining fluid in my body , even more than the retaining gas I thought I guess , the fact is , a dorr person at the charity feed commented on how weird I looked , with the retained fluid/puffed face ~
I have tese tangeled hairs on my head ~ I don't know if they somehow get sweat upon or whatever ~ And , I have scratches , painfulk scratches on the surface of my head's hair area's skin , and it can be painful when it is touched .

...And , in the Health " Barely able to walk . " line I go into deatail about how , at many times , when I am trying to get around , here in SF , from the up-a-hill shelter (which is germ-filled and depressing and outside light-less ) I find , often , that I am BARELY ABLE TO WALK AT ALL ! ~ Apparently partly because of this bizarre " retention of fluid " condition I now have , which has people commenting how bizarre I look from it
Much of the time , when I go out , I HAVE TO STOP AND REST FOR A WHILE AFTER ONLY A FEW STEPS !

get a medical check-up as soon as possible. swelling can be nothing, or it can be kidney failure, heart failure, or liver failure.

...I am so swollen in the face , Cathy Lynn , that I've been asked if I've been in a fight ~ It is impairing my vision now .
I don't know if it's some pesticide/allergin in the shelter , or , since you mention the kidney , my kidney problems . The tired-ness when walking continues on ~ .
I really need help .
