For me, "joy" is a place of inner peace and contentment in the midst of the everyday struggles and stresses around you.

I find joy in being with my husband and kids, my faith, reading historical fiction, holding my cat.

My 14yo daughter was a new Latin student this year. It didn't bring her joy!

Perfect weather, sunny but not hot, with a breeze. Or crazy weather.

Money is always nice!

Sometimes I feel glad when I wake up in the morning.

Flowers, growing plants.

I used to like cleaning windows (referred to previously in thread) but I think that interest has finally faded.

The beach for a swim.

Winter Sun.

Shopping.

Clean sheets, smell of clean washing, smell of mandarins.

I am most happy being myself. I being myself
and without judgement. Collecting my comics,
going online, learning new software and how to
use it, and being able to say enough is enough,
and walking away from the stresses that inhibit
me from I being myself.

1. Being liked, after so many years of trying and failing.
2. Hearing "I love the way you see the world" instead of "Look at yourself! How can you behave this way?!".
3. No longer being alone in the universe.

i.e. ...

Having a girlfriend, and being happy together.

This is the most unexpected and wonderful thing that has ever happened to me.
