I can follow ordinary humour now, but as a youngster and a younger adult I was allways critisized for being "so bloody serious" and all my efforts to learn the family humour (academic with an ironic "popular" twist) fell to the floor. I admit, my attempts were far fetched and laboriously constructed. :D

Any media or movie examples? I think Friends was a funny show. I also have the Gallows humor a lot. And random clips on Youtube, lately i've been watching angry people in public :-D News bloopers and such..
