Leg tapping, rocking, bending my fingers backwards. I'm was rocking a moment ago but I was using my toes to rock myself and they're tired so I've stopped for the moment. Instead I'll just move my leg up and down in a different way.

I move my fingers a lot. Tapping/wiggling/drumming/fiddling with stuff... If not that, I am shaking my foot or wiggling my toes. I even "snap" my toes which makes a bit of a thumping sound that my husband cannot identify or figure out where it is coming from. :D

When I was young, I bounced my knee excessively.

Playing with stim toys (Tangle Jr, squishy fuzzy pink caterpillar thingy, microbead stress ball), looking at pictures of my favorite animated characters, stroking a stuffed animal, bouncing back and forth while sitting, rocking, bouncing my leg, tapping my foot, chewing, listening to music, etc.

I think since I began learning more about AS about a year ago and especially since my diagnosis about a month ago, I've tried to be more relaxed about stimming in front of people/in public. Of course to a certain degree I still try to keep it more discreet in public/at uni etc. but the way I look at it, it's an inherent part of who I am and for me to be able to cope as well as I can in life, as much as I need to, wherever possible, I need to let it be.
To answer the OP: My favourites are rubbing the smoothest parts of my hands/ small smooth objects over my lips, rubbing/twiddling my fingers (I remember a few years back it occurred to me it might look like I was rolling a bogey between my fingers (?!), so I developed slight variations for when I thought someone might think that  ) and rubbing my hands together. To be honest I don't think there are any other major ones I have.

I was sternly told as a little boy that they're a symptom of anxiety and that therefore they have to be suppressed.

#1 is probably pulling my beard out until it's gone. It looks horrible but feels great. LOL. Because of the former, I don't do it 99.9% of the time, and luckily it's not neccessary. Aside from that activity, there are lots of runners-up. Heh.

Probably eating. It's a taste thing. I have a highly sensitive sense of smell, which is intermingled with taste, and I do like chewing.
Most food textures don't bother me because it's the taste that is salient to me almost always. Taste is king.

I used to stroke my beard a lot, but I decided to shave it ff to look more normal. Now I just touch my face a lot.

Saying my friend's name over and over, or playing with the hood or the ties on my hoodie.

Listening to Music while I'm bouncing my leg, skin picking, running my fingers through my hair...etc.

If I'm in a sitting position I'll usually rock forward and backward.
When I'm in standing position I'll do one of several things, inclusing also rocking backward and forward (from one leg to the other), tapping my feet or even walking in the same pace as the music I have in my head at the time.
