It's a metaphor. In other words, just because you can write doesn't mean you're as good as Stephen King.

But of course that doesn't mean you can't practice and get better!

Not true at all. Of course some people have natural flair but everyone can improve with good instruction, practice and constructive criticism.

Wow!! thanks for all the responses! i'm so glad you guys are buying some too!! !
just yesterday i finished going to the channel 3 news station for htat thing Jennifer Roscoe invited me too, the live filming thing. she was REALLY NICE! and i have a feeling she might be checking this place out sometime soon.
