Can you be a Soziopath or generally bad and totally not knw?

I think you can hurt people's feelings in a clumsy way, by being blunt, and I'm sure I do that quite often.

But, an actual sociopath is skillful at doing his worse, for as long as humanly possible, within the rules. They make exploiting the system into a form of psychological torture, and thoroughly enjoy themselves.

It sounds to me that your mother is the manipulative person and not you.
