Jeez, I used to do pretty much what the girl in the video did--flapping hands like birds and jumping, although I mostly only did it when very excited/happy or very upset/scared. I try not to do it in public now, but sometimes I forget and flap a little before I think "Ooops! stop that" and put my hands behind my back. Now I find I do what I call "stealthy stims"--tapping my foot, moving my heel back and forth, or bouncing my knee under my desk, twisting my hair, rubbing my face, or wringing my hands. I can't wear makeup because I would just rub it off within the hour.
