My sleeping patterns are all over the place TBH. It probably does not help.

Sometimes I sleep 3 hours sometimes 10.

Recently I've been staying awake for 2 days then sleeping for 12-14 hours then up for 2 days again. I've always had problems with sleep and when I do manage to get off it's got to be completely dark and silent otherwise my brain can't shut off.

Sometimes, it's the complete quiet that lets my mined run amok. Most times, it's a blessing. But I have had times it won't shut off unless I have some external stimuli. Thank goodness it doesn't happen often though.

Sporadic. And I don't sleep many hours normally.

When things are going well, I sleep like a log. I have insomnia when things don't go well.

No matter how soon I go to bed, I will always wake up early. It could be in the middle of the night or early in the morning and not get back to sleep. So it doesn't matter if I stay up till two or three in the morning with my interest which is the computer and I read things online or write. I know I need to go to bed early for the sake of my kids so I am not so tired when they wake up before I even want to get up myself. But I am always tired.

I tend to require a lot of sleep. It takes me a long time to fall asleep, so I usually listen to calming music as I fall asleep to relax and I wake up multiple times in the middle of the night. Come morning, I find myself still very tired.

As of recent, my sister and I have been making sure we go to bed before 12 Midnight.

I have trouble falling asleep initially, but once I'm asleep, I sleep through the night.

My sleep schedual seems to naturally gravitate to being nocturnal. If there's nothing to motivate me to sleep at night like school or work or even friends I won't sleep at night, I like being awake at night, it's just nice.

It could be related to ASD but I doubt it,my mother is nocturnal and always has been but I'm almost certain she's not autistic. I think it's more a natural genetic thing.

I sleep 5am to whenever I wake up, sometimes it's noon sometimes is 4pm.
