Apart from motivational issues I have difficulty with tasks that require a multi step process. Organising and planning are things I suck at.

Same on all counts.

Switching tasks is hard. Starting anything task-oriented is hard. Then when I have started, I am really slow with each step, can't multi-task, get distracted a lot. I'm very inefficient. And I forget lots of stuff, I do things in a jumbled way rather than a smooth and rational/logical approach - I hate being watched, because others will notice and think I am doing it in such a foolish/ditsy way. I procrastinate. I need lots of down time between "to do" items. I so want to run away and escape to my special interests or to unstructured time that I can just relax into any way that I want.
