It's mainly auditory issues for me, since I have acute hearing.
1. The sound of a mosquito buzzing in my ear. I've injured my hand once from swatting at one so hard.
2. A room full of conversation. There are few thing as obnoxious as this sound, besides mosquitoes.
3. Places with unnecessarily loud music, especially when the bass is turned up really high and you actually feel it in your chest.
4. That noisy as hell vacuum cleaner that my mom always uses to clean the house. I hear that "booowweeeee" sound of it powering on and immediately head to my room and shut the door.
5. Really sharp sounds like finger snapping and snare drum rimshots.

Groups of people moving randomly, many people talking at the same time, high pitch noises coming from wifi routers, old TVs, animal repellants, they make me either flee or flip. Depends on how much of my plans have failed due to unforseen circumstances.

Ugh, yes, that's horrible! My whole body starts vibrating because of the sound waves; it's so uncomfortable. >.<

Whistling and finger snapping are the first things that come to mind. I also hate bright lights, especially the sun.

Crowds, loud noises (especially people yelling), uncomfortable clothes or shoes, and bright lights.

i don't often consider my sensory issues but i remembered also that if i'm reading (specifically reading) and someone taps me/touches me to get my attention or says my name over and over again (aside from it being annoying in general) it makes me kind of break down and it can give me an extreme sensation of panic and sometimes i even cry :( :(

god, i hate light touching!! unless i allow someone to touch me i can't deal with being touched without being prepared for it. sometimes at night if my boyfriend accidentally touches my back while sleeping and i don't expect it my whole body jerks and i panic. it'll wake me up. like, being tapped on the shoulder when someone wants my attention freaks me the heck out. it's not that it just startles me but like, the feeling of it chills my whole body. it stresses me out so much in such a small amount of time ugh

Light:
- Any flashing lights. Police car lights are absolutely unbearable.
- The green flickering lights on a modem in the dark when I am trying to sleep. I have to cover them. I cannot sleep with any fluorescent lights in the room, even the small light on an air conditioner or the light of a battery charger.
- Bright sunlight. Sunlight reflected off windows, metal surfaces, water etc.

Sounds:
- Alarm systems and bells. I cannot stand those alarm systems house or car alarms) that go off for no reason and keep going because nobody is home. I don't like bells because from my school days I associate bells with disruption of my concentration on tasks.
- Dogs barking (especially high pitched) and cats meowing.
- People humming or tapping incessantly.
- The sound of a door creaking or banging because of air pressure change (when the wind is blowing)
- High pitched voices, music and sounds. I love deep bass sounds.
- Dripping taps.

Smells:
- Smell of paint, thinners, nail varnish remover, anything from a spray can (insecticide, oven spray, deoderant, toilet spray).
- the smell of welding fumes, diesel or petrol fumes, fumes generally

Sensations:
- The feeling of earth drying on my hands or feet
- The sensation of any sort of slimy substance including all lotions, creams, sunblock and moisturizers. I will use these for medical reasons only.

Society:
- Any social interaction involving numbers of people and/or is disorganised and where multiple people talk simultaneously.
- Being interrupted while talking is very draining and upsetting.
- Being interrupted while busy working is equally troublesome.
- Being required to talk about things I am not interested in.
- Joking, general exchange of trivia

Lots of things, but the very worst for me is a basketball game. It's all the worst rolled into one: a crowd, noise from the crowd, bright lights, images on screens, fast movement, buzzers, booming music, the ball pounding the floor, and SQUEAKING SHOES, all in an arena where these noises are amplified and bouncing off every surface.

Crowded supermarkets, but by far the worst are young children screaming or making lots of noise. I always carry earplugs with me in case I'm stuck in a waiting room or other place and can't get away from the noise - it drowns out my thoughts and makes my head want to explode.

being forced to socialize such as being at a certain event that I didn't want to go to. I was forced to go to a job convention by my mom when I was 17. It was for people with disabilities mentally to find work (aspergers is classified as such.) As a result, I literally talked to one person and then just sat in the corner. The massive amounts of talking just caused me to shut down. I couldn't handle it. At pep ralleys in high school, I would eventually skip each one. Just all the noise and how it was hive mind I just couldn't handle it. I would awkwardly try to copy the school spirit stuff and just get laughed at. People lying to me for the sake of politeness. People staring at me for whatever reason be it physical attraction or wanting to get my attention I just cant handle being stared at it just drains the energy out of me. All these things just cause meltdowns. I sit in my room and game or go to the gym that's my life at the moment

I do that a lot. Your mention of the gym reminded me of another thing that overloads my senses, which is vacuum cleaners. They sound they make is irritating but the smell they make and the hotness of their exhaust air and its pungent dustiness is really troublesome. I was on a treadmill at the gym last night when one of the gym staff fired up a vacuum cleaner. I kept going but it was not nice. The whole gym atmosphere was spoiled for me after that.

The forced socializiation of the college gym I go to sucks. People staring you down because you haven't connected with them yet or you're trying too hard. I go all out in the gym because its my special interest, it refuels me. Talking takes away how great it feels for me. During the summer I just hit up the weight room at the y. Even then, I still get a lot of crap for my training style. Lifting happens to be my obsession right now. And I found the best approach for me is doing 1 all out set of something trying to best my last because progressive overload is most important to getting strong fast. So people make jokes about me or the fact I do weighted pullups nonstop. Being this is my obsession, I happen to be strong but also im autistic which rubs people wrong. I am very glad to find this site 3 months ago and now I finally joined.

I'm certainly forgetting a lot of things in the list. The main things I'm thinking about and the worst of all are :
- loud whistles ;
- firecrackers, fireworks, gunshots ;
- loud motorcycle noises ;
- very loud music ;
- bright monochrome lights ;
- very hot foods and drinks (not spicy, I mean temperature), like the temperature where people usually drink tea is literally burning ;
- losing balance, and being unable to feel where are "up" and "down" ;
- eating or drinking very bitter things ;
- smelling very strong perfumes, like artificial detergent perfumes ;
- smelling or eating something with vinegar ;
- touching or being touched, especially light touch, and even more my back or my stomach ;
- being tickled.

I totally get it. I'm similarly "obsessive" when at the gym although I think I'm normal and the NTs are weird. I don't socialise at the gym. Its easier for me because I'm 48 while the rest are generally in the 20s, maybe early 30s, so I'm left alone mostly. I'm doing gym for general cardiac fitness rather than muscle building so I do a lot of lower weights and higher repetition activity, spinning, rowing etc. I am trying to drop the pot-belly and other residual flab. I thought I should mention Nassim Taleb's book "Antifragile: Things that gain from Disorder". He is the person who gave us the term "Black Swan" etc. In his Antifragile book, he talks about how to build muscle mass. He is very much of the view that building muscle is about pushing those upper weight limits constantly rather than doing a lot of gym with moderate weights. I found it to be a fascinating book for a whole lot of other reasons, but others may not think so. If you have an interest in the other things that Nassim Taleb has to say, you might also find his "gym theory" of interest.
