If only things didn't feel so fragile, holding onto the hope that there is a med that can restore that hypersensitive "intense world" and ways to fix all the glitchy data I'm my brain might be enough to let me chillax for a while. Almost. I also want to be really careful around any areas of my brain responsible for "grounding" things, however tempting they may be.
Hopefully as time passes, any bad side effects will wear off.
I did a little research on methyl B12 shots and actually, it seems that the side effects are kind of backwards to what you describe is happening ... that the shots can make you "more aware" and that this can be uncomfortable at least initially. Keep in mind that I only did a little research, and have never had a methyl B12 shot myself. And of course, we're all unique individuals, so for you, the side effects may well be completely different than they are for everyone else.
Anyways, I'll say a prayer that you feel better soon.
The B12 shots were presumably to correct a deficiency?
B12 deficiency can cause neurological symptoms which seems a more likely explanation for these symptoms occurring around the same time as the shots.
Methyl B12 is not toxic and practically impossible to overdose on. It might be worth considering other causes e.g. poor diet and sleep issues can wreak havoc on the brain, in my experience.
