I'm good at cooking but crap at organising so I don't do it that often. But when I do it, I like to do it well.

I'm excellent at cooking with the microwave. Luckily my girlfriend is great at cooking, otherwise I'd have to live off of popcorn and ramen noodles.

I don't cook much, but I'm not bad at cooking. Just follow the recipe right?

Yeah, just follow the recipe until it all goes horribly wrong. Well that is just me, my brother is head chef over two top restaurants in Dublin.

I just lack the organisational skills for cooking, wish I could cook better :?

I can't cook because I have fear of fire, I get scared or fear of being burned all over. I know this is paranoid, which leads me to question what kind of disoder might fit, sorry if I just spoiled the fun

Hello greenblue, your fear of fire would be put under the phobia 'Arsonphobia'-Meaning fear of fire.

I do hope you can overcome this fear, apart from having that fear would you like to cook/be able to cook?

Simple, plain, fun of the mill meals I can just about manage. My timing is pretty damn crap though.

I'm pretty good at cooking.
My girlfriend loves my cooking because i make food so spicey.
However, my familie won't eat my food because they get stomach ache.
I don't really even cook dutch food period even though i'm dutch.
It's all so boring with too few spices in it.

My main problem is that i cook too much of the same stuff though.
Plus i take way too big portions of meat and too little vegetables and other things.

I am pretty good at cooking if there is a recipe that I am following. I am not good at coming up with new recipes or combinations of food to make a meal.
I do have to get all the ingredients out before hand and constantly reread the steps in the recipe. This usually results in me taking much more space and time than it should to make the meal. I also tend to overestimate how much I need to make so end up making gigantic banquet size meals, so that might be why it takes me so long.

I fairly proficient at making chilis, meat sauces, soups and stews from scratch. And I
have a simple recipe and method for making pot-roast.

Thanks, it seems it fits, but I do have a few other fears as well. I think it would be great for me to be able to cook, It would be a great feeling to taste a food I just made. For now I just use the microwave

I'm actually quite a good cook, though I will only apply for another cooking job if I am destitute and have absolutely no source of cash income. --Working in a kitchen stresses me out completely.
