I burn myself out overthinking the tasks I need to do, rather than using that energy to actually get them done. I'm not sure if that constitutes as being lazy or not. I feel like i've done the same task a thousand times over in my own mind, even although I haven't done the task in the physical world which I suppose would make me look lazy to others.

I am too lazy to put make-up on, I know that for a fact. I only wear lipstick. I'm lazy about cleaning my teeth too, but I do it every day because I don't want rotten teeth or risk of putrid breath.

I recognise this in my makeup as well. it rather irked me recently as I am half way through a big electrical installation project

It's difficult, but when you're not working on it, try your best not to think about it. Do things to take your mind off it until you're required to think about it again.
