I'm sure I read or watched somewhere that some neanderthal cave paintings show traits similar to someone who has autism

I heard that autism was the result of hideous experiments carried out by the CIA to cross humans with bottlenosed dolphins.

Apart from my fear of large bodies of water, I admire dolphins. There might be something to your theory.
