I get the eye roll often. Not so much in one-on-one conversations, but even in a group with just me and 2 other people (who could be strangers at the time), I've caught the 2 other people making gestures toward each other while I'd be talking. It's like they bond over their shared acknowledgement of how "off" I am. Like ... alright ... I guess I know my place then. :/

I apologize for the delayed response. We went camping last weekend and we didn't have Internet. Then, my youngest son ended up in the ER thanks to a head wound. *shudder**sigh*

Spring rolls and TP rolls, that crap is expensive (pun intended), are always welcome in my life.

I meant more as in others giving you the eye roll. My son and I both are HFA without language impairment, in the sense that we do accurately display high/low speech tones. I find so many people still go off of the old criteria instead of realizing that it's changed. Then when I point it out I tend to get an eye roll or "huh, mmm...okay." followed by a quick dismissal. It is what it is I guess. It's just hard watching my child deal with it.
