I mean I don't know if you are just speculating but most I would guess are probably not diagnosed as being on the spectrum. Not everybody that is a 'genius' have the social difficulties we've had plus intelligence/genius is all subjective too in meaning.

I don't know a famous genius who don't have asperger or social difficulties can you name a famus genius who is neurotypical?

My best friend has an IQ of 140 and he is neurotypical, I have an old friend that I lost contact with that had an IQ of around 160 and he was also neurotypical. Why must the criteria be based on them being famous? Both my friends are rather charismatic people.

As in someone who is not autistic, yes, but geniuses don't have normal brains.

I can say for certain that your question is true.

My answer is that not all Aspies are geniuses and not all geniuses are Aspies.

I have ASD - level 1, which the person who diagnosed me said would have either been AS or PDD-NOS in the DSM-IV. I had a full psychological evaluation and only have an IQ of 110.

My brother is considered gifted (the report he got said he has an IQ of 130 exactly), and he is very NT. I don't see anything in him that would classify him as ND. My sister was considered gifted in one school region but not in another so I am unsure about her and she is NT.
