Up until I was about 15, I played video games on a fairly regular basis. I had consoles such as the Sega Megadrive, Game Boy and the original Playstation. When I started getting into music, that took up a lot more of my time and money. I always found video games to be pretty expensive and for the cost of a typical game, I could buy 3-4 CDs which seemed like better value to me. I don't miss gaming one bit. I definitely feel that I made the right choice.

I like gaming, the main game I play is League of Legends and sure sometimes it seems a little silly to be so involved with a game. I certainly do play somewhat competitively and have been trying to increase the pool of champions I can play well as well as roles...but on the other hand its fun and quite visually pleasing. They do take care to make things look good, the champion lore can be pretty interesting as well as artwork that goes along with it. It also references other fantasy and sci-fi that I like, so it can be fun to catch some of those references.

I can certainly get bored playing any game too long, so I certainly still have to supplement it with other activities.
