My cousin is Bipolar and she could be described as having ADHD because of the impulsiveness and the hyperactivity but that's her Bipolar. Plus she exaggerates her emotions. Also another thing about her that could make you think she has some ASD in her is she doesn't see the big picture. She has an idea in her head but doesn't get other people don't want to do what she wants to do. It doesn't occur to her that maybe they just don't want to eat at this place she is suggesting. She actually did that to my family and my mom was telling me about it. I don't know if that is also part of Bipolar too.
