I have been friends with someone since 2008 and sometimes we "break up" because one of us (usually her) becomes offended at something the other said or did. Wait a couple of weeks or months and one of us gives in and texts the other and the friendship is back on again.

And I was gonna say most of them would assume that we have too much time on our hands which is generally a reason why they don't really bother much. Basically its like "well you have time on your hands so whenever we talk is whenever we talk".

If somebody finds me "objectionable" because I have autism, I just put them on permanent "ignore."

The whole concept is ridiculous.
