it's unlikely for women to be autistic, it's rather a modern aspect of neurology to put some Introverted, outcast individuals from the society into the umbrella definition of Autism.

I know NT people who made a paper that they have Asperger sydrome to get some extra points for Univerity and side income from the government. It's easy to get away with it considering most psychologists don't know much about Autistic symptoms and give false diagnostics. (My official diagnose is a lot worsen than my real mental state would suggest because the psychologist said it will help me to get support for higher education)
But at least I'm not fake with my autism like a lot people who claims to be. That's why I don't believe for a second if someone says he/she can pretend to be normal because they can't.
