I used to get motion-sickness as a kid but kind of outgrew it in my teens. However I still feel alittle queasy if I'm on a very bumpy road or going fast on a non flat road like a mountain. My doc prescribed a motion-sickness med a couple years ago for traveling & I've only taken it afew times but there's afew times where I would of taken it in advance if I had known but thankfully it didn't get too bad & was only for a brief period. I haven't vomited from it sense I was a kid.

As a kid, if I was in any form of transportation for more than 30 minutes, horrible nausea would start to kick in. It subsided in my teens, although I nearly barfed on the way to band camp (we had to take a long, winding road in the mountains to get there). I've got it under control for now, but I haven't read in the car for a while either. Something tells me that I shouldn't start again.

I hope you are joking. It is very common in people to have motion sickness when reading in a moving vehicle. I wish people here would stop picking out everything associated with humans and asking if its an autism thing. NExt there will be somebody asking if doing poop is an autism thing. Even if you think you see people looking down reading something when traveling, it still doesn't mean it's common in Autistics. It has nothing to do with Autism.

I get sick if I'm in the back seat of a car and the driver is stepping on the breaks often. If I'm in the front seat I'm not able to read. When I was a child I got sick on every car trip.

Terrible motion sick. Can't be a passenger in any vehicle and I have gotten sick while driving.

If I turn too fast I feel woozy as well (not toooo fast but just to look at something).
