Changing the clock usually discombobulates me, but I seem to have weathered the storm this year.
We were always told it was the fault of the Scottish farmers, but that was probably to let the English (and Welsh and Northern Irish... and Manx) farmers off the hook.

I really dislike changing the clock, the change stresses me out. Because of the stress and change in my sleep routines my muscles are sore, I am tired and have a headache most of the time.

I remember reading 2 or 3 years ago about a campaign by some group in Scotland who wanted their clocks changed so it was 30 minutes different to the rest of the UK as they said the north of Scotland gets a bum deal with daylight so wanted a bit more in the afternoon

I detest the time change. It takes weeks to reset my biological clock, during which time I am fatigued all the time, cranky and out of sorts.

In the USA, the time change is terrible for school students and for drivers. The students are walking or standing on the side of the road waiting for a bus in the dark and drivers have to be cautious because of all the students.
