Overdone = overtired or overstressed? I find it does not happen often to me. Actually quite rare.

Over stressed

I've never exactly forgotten it, but sometimes it takes time for me to bring up the information. Sometimes it's enough time for other people to notice and look at me funny.

Actually you are describing what I have had... My sense of humour is kicking in as if I didn't have a mind blank situation when it happens I would likely say "It is on the tip of my tongue" as a funny joke to give my brain a chance to remember...

I don't believe I've forgotten it.

I have forgotten how to spell it when I've gone to write it down many, many times. I just have to give myself a second for my mind to find it in my brain clutter, but it will get lost at times. It happens more when I'm tired or anxious.

The strangest word that I forgot how to spell when I was younger (Around 8 to 10 years old where I had been writing it since I was about 4 years old... was I completely forgot how to spell the word "The" which was wierd as I could spell very long words accurately... Wierd isn't it.

My experience at the hospital was embarissing. Haha. Just going in for a simple blood test and then being there for six hours... The people in A&E said they thought there was something wrong... That it was a bit more then fainting. They did have a machine to check my blood pressure and pulse etc. Well, I recovered, so that's the main thing. I think the main reason which delayed things was that I had been needing a no fuss enviroment to recover in and they were desperate to move me so they could do blood tests for other people as I was holding up the queue! Oops!

When I’m asked for my name, birthdate, and social security number, I always have to think for a moment because my son’s information or even my ex’s is usually the first thing that comes to my mind.

I haven't forgotten my name in stressful situations. I do have pretty high stress tolerance. Blood tests do stress me a bit because I'm Asian. My arm are rounded and padded with an even layer of fat. They can't see any vein and can hardly feel any vein. It hurt a lot when they keep poking in random directions. When I see people with veins popping out on their arms and hands, I always think how easy it would be to draw blood. :)

I have a good memory for names, but a horrible memory when it comes to phone numbers, unless it's a number I call frequently.

In the old days of the telephone exchange operator, my grandmother went to use the telephone. I don't think she had used one before. The operator asked "Which number please?" And my grandmother replied "How many numners have you got?"
