You May be autistic if you have trouble understanding what someone says when they speak too fast.

You can remember everything about a special interest but can't remember what you actually need to remember such as the right bus stops or things you learned in class.

...you can identify every Pokemon in the Pokedex by sight and know what evolves into what and how, but you can't remember if you took your dog out this morning.

you like something from another country and you're obsessed with it and it isn't normal for people in your country to even like it.

Or you like something nobody else cares about.

Or as I like to call it 'you're an individual'.

A lot of these fit me!

You may be autistic if you read a certain book because one of your favorite tennis players has read it. (I read Dostoyevsky because of Janko Tipsarevic and The Alchemist because Denis Istomin mentioned it.)

You feel strange because your interest in Denis Istomin began because of a moment when you turned on the television set to watch Wimbledon and you saw Denis Istomin having a medical timeout and were concerned about him. The concern turned to interest in his story and then interest in him. I was inspired to take tennis lessons because of his story.

You have an aversion to public restrooms-I hate everything about them.

You wrote short biographies of every Olympic marathon champion (I did this up to 1992. I lost interest after that because the newer champions were less interesting than the older ones.)

Because you like trains but can't understand why other people are not interested in them... Where even on a model railway site, my individual take on the subject is at an angle that not many other people have, so even on such a site I may be classed as unusual.

...you rarely get invited to the pub; and for some mysterious reason, whenever you do, it always turns out to be quiz-night.

You go into mindblank mode and your mind suddenly switches back in with a lady accusing you of stearing at her. (I had this happen to me where if my mind had not clicked back in and I looked somewhere else I would have been in trouble. I didn't know I was doing it until I heard a lady shouting across the car park).

A few different uncon ected people tell you that you are.

You find yourself having brain f*rts quite often-or that just may be stress.
