Same here.

It scares me to death when I read that even "invisible" anxiety draws attention, which is very discomforting to know. :(

When Richard Feynman appeared before the military draft selection psychiatrist, he was asked if he thought people were looking at him. Since he had just spent many boring minutes in the waiting area, and it was still full, he estimated that about two other men were currently looking at him. Then he turned around to check, and this attracted more attention. He counted faces, and corrected his number to five. The shrink didn't look up, he just declared Richard crazy.
