Could you do the same?

Had to experiment with the sound selection to get the sweet spot between ‘alarming’ and ‘ignorable’...

I have a couple of apps that serve such a purpose but I don’t really find they work for me.

Today I don’t want to eat anything.

Hmmm...
Yes, I suppose I’m working with the slightly different problem that I don’t notice I’m hungry until I’m shaking, sweating and dizzy from it...

This is similar for me too :/

Let’s not forget the “suddenly I’m so hungry I’m nauseous” feeling!

Yep! And also.....I’m so out of it now, I know I’m hungry but am unable to make any decisions about what to eat, much less cook or prepare it :/

And then you end up eating dried fruit out of the packet with your fingers in a desperate attempt to get your blood sugar back up to the level where you can successfully reheat a frozen pizza.
Such fun! 8O

I have the opposite problem. I mostly work from home anyway, so that is not an adjustment. But, now my husband is working at home, too. He is working in the house, and I do have an office away from the house...but the house is only two rooms and so if he is working, he essentially takes over the entire house.

So I have lost my my house from 7 am to 5 pm M-Th. I no longer have a place to have my morning coffee and meditation. No place to have my restorative lunch. No place to have alone time. I am exhausted trying to work around his schedule. I'm not mad or even horribly frustrated. It just is a change in my routine and figuring out a new one is a challenge.

I know what you mean, Blazing.

My wife feels sort of the same way about me.

:D

But I thought you were the one with autism and she was NT. She should be delighted for your to be home. :D :D :D

This probably comes under the heading of NT wives who don't want their husbands underfoot. Is she not working?
Do you have a door between bedroom and living area? (We don't)

Do you have a balcony? When my son lived in Stockholm, they had a tiny apartment, but there was a balcony.

Seriously, I am sorry. I hate for you to feel unwanted. (Kortie)

It’s not that I’m unwanted....it’s that I throw off her routine.

Ok. Sometimes I put my foot in my mouth.

It must be extremely difficult on everyone to be cooped up in a small space.

Not going to work doesn't affect when I eat or shower. I don't need a routine to keep up another routine. My stomach tells me when it's time to eat, and I have a drink whenever I get thirsty. I bathe every day anyway because I like to, and if I don't I still know to wash because I hate the smell of sweat under my arms.

The problem with me is getting myself motivated to do some things I don't do every day, like cleaning. My job is cleaning but when I'm at home my motivation to clean just goes out the window. I just can't face it and don't feel like doing it sometimes.
