For me, it depends. I've been known to get excited about stuff and get a little loud and overly animated. when I'm like that, other people might say I'm acting like a little kid, and I would agree with assessment. Other times I might get confused by things people do and then people say I'm acting like an old person when I have questions about whatever it is. I can usually see their point. Mostly though, I tend to feel like a weird teenager dropped suddenly into the adult world and not entirely sure how this happened or when it happened. But here I am, so I'm rolling with it.

I definitely was "ahead of my age" as a kid (13-18). Not just getting into older media like retro games or early 90's anime, but also getting into conversations with teachers and anonymous online strangers about various topics. I just couldn't connect with other people my age because i thought they were loud and that talking about anything more deep than homework or top 40's music would bore them away.
Though i always had to hide this both irl and on the internet because i didn't want to get called a "wrong generation kiddo". I hate that meme.

Anyway, i feel just my age rn. I wonder how that'll change when i turn like 40.

Probably about 19 or 20. Just starting to figure things out and an adult technically but new to it. I'm 26 biologically though.

I'm 29 but in my head im 18. But i'm a old soul. I love music from the 50's up to now. I love the oldies that my grandfather listens to. If flower bell bottoms were ever a trend again, i would rock them lol.

Being lightly older than my mid-50s, I feel (and even look) like I'm in my late 30s. I feel I relate to things similar to single people in their mid to late 30s.

Time isn't a useful construct for how old my non-existent soul feels. It's ageless.

Somedays my joints feel pretty decrepit but my brain generally feels like it's a random mixture of pieces of the brains from 12-24 year olds. I never feel my age, I basically feel out of step no matter who's around me but I usually relate better to the early 20something coworkers; often the people I view as almost parental at work aren't old enough to be my parents and are more like the split between me and my youngest brother (8 years) older than I am.

I don't know how to find other equally immature people, but generally I mesh well with people who are similarly 'trans-chronological' when I encounter them. When I think of some of my exes, they've all been pretty immature and the more age appropriate they are generally, the more immature for their age they've been. This stretches back basically as far as I can recall.

I feel like a tween who can drive. Mother thinks of me as a 12 year old. When my back is acting up due to whatever is when I feel my age. Kids like me, because I couldn’t talk down to them if I tried.

I feel 20, because I'm in disbelief that my life has gone by so quick and that I'm 30. I feel like I should only be 20, if time didn't go so fast.

I’m almost 60. I feel like I’m barely an adult.

Apparently, this was accurate enough.
My SPED teacher figured actions and reactions says I'm 10.

Without executive dysfunctions, I feel more mature AND more capable likely healthy and prime 30s.
Outside observation can literally show it, too -- being the boss' equal, co-workers' elder sister than someone to be wary about... Best adult days of my life.

Regardless, never felt like a teenager. It's always either like a full adult or mostly a child.

oh so...
the inner world seems more mature than what is displayed,

or vice versa (appear collected and mature but actually struggling)
