This is a great topic. whities have it bad for the rest of existance. the slavery mindset will never leave the psyche of america, and if it does someone will always be there to remind whites about how there great great great gandfathers was a slave. and the white man is to blame. please, slavery didnt start with america and more than likely wont end ever.

I have to say you are very right and concise there! I am WHITE and MALE! **I** have been exposed to racism and sexism. Some females have a REAL chip on their shoulder, and are against me JUST because I am male. I have to wonder how they would react if they suddenly woke up and were male. I have also been attacked or left out because I wasn't chinese, arab, japanese, korean, mexican, black, etc... Who ever came up with the stupid idea that whites are the only racists?

In fact, some of the LEAST racist have historically been white. Just look at the US. blacks and other "minorities" are given special credits, etc.... Since everyone heading the US USED to be white, you would think that would speak volumes. SOMEWHERE a majority of WHITES had to vote to allow NON whites into powerful positions.

And WHO is white? Is it REALLY a majority? If you get rid of the Arabs, Jewish, and Hispanic, (you know, the MINORITIES often considered white when it benefits them or hurts whites?) are the whites REALLY a majority? Including only men, as women are considered harmed by this as well, that number is then cut into less than HALF!

BTW whites ALSO tend to be less sexist! Just look at how tribal(or even some american) blacks treat women! Look at how the ARABS treat women! And Some ASIAN cultures were just as bad! Historically, a proper gentleman in white cultures was supposed to be polite, kind, etc... to women. SURE, they called women the fairer or weaker sex, didn't give them credit for the domestic work(though they DID work to make it easier), and gave them lower jobs and maybe historically less education, but OTHERWISE.... HECK, part of my problem with women is to not do anything too forward, etc... And women can misunderstand and get me in a lot of trouble. But frankly, I am nice towards women, and am not sexist. I can appreciate the problems you have, and have said that, though science says we have different strengths, etc... I certainly don't doubt the intelligence of someone just because of their gender.

And as for how the US treated asians and blacks? HEY, whites HAVE been enslaved! I don't know if my family was. Most blacks don't know if they were either. Part of my family WAS irish at a time when there were signs saying "Irish need not apply"(BTW to people here not familiar with that... That is a "polite" way of saying "If you are irish, and looking for work, GET LOST, and GO TO HELL!! !!, we don't want you here!! !!"). And YEP, some of my family DID go into law enforcement, living up to the stereotypical irish norm. People considered irish people stupid, lazy, drunk, and mean tempered. That is exactly the opposite of me, by the way.

And the other half of my family is German. It was once against the law to speak german here. If you did, you could be thrown in jail. Some people STILL don't trust germans. Oddly, Germans were considered sly, industrious, mean tempered, aloof.

BTW BIG parts of the california government won't hire you unless you are FLUENT in Spanish and/or CHINESE! That means they will likely NOT be white! It has gotten hard to go a day without struggling to understand a person, or struggle to be understood. Does it sound like WHITES are the majority and/or in power?

I'll try to console you and, in doing so, try to get it back on track. You DID go off on a tangent, and richard and I followed, but it is just another type of bullying and is related. It also starts to show what I spoke about even earlier.

NOW, to get back on track, I guess my different behaviour, odd interests, lack of common interest, and passivity made me a target and an easy mark for bullies. Like the snowball effect against my race and gender, my AS behaviour has just made life harder. NOT because it was problematic, but because OTHERS wanted to mistreat me.

all these stories are very interesting i have received one reply so far i am looking for some more. The more the better it will make the whole project easier.
