Migraine headaches/sensory overload

i got migraines all though highschool, it was a nightmare, went home sick alot, wierd thing is after the migraine i would start getting like a flu.. which would last for 24-48 hours, so painful..

Very bright settings such as hospitals and places with too much white - walls and floor - tend to give me headaches.

I had bad headaches when I was younger. I couldn't stand light and sound. I don't think I had migraines, though.
