Are Nt's usually pretty good at finishing each other's sentences as they can read the other persons mind and see were there going with their thought? Or is it the other way around? This is something ive never thought about or never occurred to me but is it consider rude to finish one's thought?

From my own objective observations of NT's conversations with each other, they often believe that they understand what the other person is thinking when they really don't, and they often believe that they have been understood by the other person when they really haven't. And so they do this deceptive little conversational dance where they all think they are on the same page, and they never realize that that half the time they aren't even in the same book!

'Theory of Mind' may well be an NT delusion.
