Its probably related to Low Frustration Tolerance, the same subject I talk about in this new thread.
Basically, the stress causes you sometimes to lose control or lose patience, so you might stop doing the stressful thing or avoid the situation or something of that nature. The solution is to be in suitable, comfortable, situations, and in this way avoid this kind of stress. The other solution might be change the way you think or look at things, but because we are not normal people, it might be difficult to do so. Normal people without Asperger Syndrome dont have to deal with this kind of problem, so thats why stressful situations dont look stressful to them, even if they are stressful in generally, for general population.
Do you guys have specific methods to deal with some types of stressful or frustrating situations? If yes, like what?
