I think this one is. Schizophrenia might be cool. You are unaware you are crazy and you can experience hallucinations without drugs. This by far must be the worst disorder to have though http://uncyclopedia.org/wiki/Neurotypical_syndrome

Note: No disorder is cool, and very serious, however this is just for fun.

How about Obsessive-Compusive Disorder or Social Paranoia?

I don't think a disorder can be cool at all. It's not something you choose for; you just have it or you don't.

I think in some cases though, a person having a disorder might be a more profound, mentally rich person for that reason - with a richness of experience that many people with no disorder are less likely to have - which would make him/her cool in that sense.

But as for a disorder as such, I don't think that can be cool. It's just there.

I don't think there are any diagnoses that are "cool." They all exact a terrible price on those who have them.

Photographic memory perhaps.

Then again, you would be even MORE scarred for life if you ever saw your parents naked.

Listen to yourselves? And you wonder why people like me call a lot of you fake aspies? It's not a fashion trend to have a disorder, this is exactly the s**t I've been calling idiots on here on for over a year and a half now. And your so clearly proving me right.
I'm sorry if I sound like an as*hole, but I'm obviously a bit more mature than many of you idiots. Did you ever stop to think that pretending to be something your not is stepping on someone else's toes, and further, taking their voice out of their own community? I mean how are us REAL aspies supposed to be taken seriously when all these fakers get on here and our voices are lost in the shuffle to support your immature, emo-riddled fashion trends? I only have one word to say to you, F YOU!

You know, some of us actually have real struggles, and it's not "cool".

For those of you with common since who are attacking the stupidity of such a thread as this, I agree with you. Although even with the struggles, asperger does have many advantages, so I don't consider it a disability, and it is something I am proud of and would not wish to change. But disorders aren't something to use as a fashion trend, that's just utterly stupid and immature.

Possibly synesthesia might be cool. But generally I agree with what others have said- that disorders are not cool. Especially to the person who mentioned depression- I mean come on! Depression is terrible! How is it cool?

Disorders aren't cool.

While I wouldn't want to be entirely cured of AS (although, I could definitely do without certain things, like the sensory issues), I certainly don't find my diagnosis "cool," either. It's not something I'd categorize as "pleasant." Rather, it's just something I've always lived with, and I don't know anything different from myself.

But, yeah. Diagnoses aren't cool. They can be very difficult things to work through and deal with.
