Thinking about cars, and love. I also try hard to find things to look forward to each week.

My scientific theory!

And my citalopram.

You guys make me happy; you don't necessarily keep me stable. :)

My husband tends to sort out the NT fluff from the real priorities in life. Goodness, I'm glad he never adhered to "normal".

Yep, my cat too. And friends, and laughter and books and standing on the beach watching the sea...

It is interesting that people have mostly mentioned things that don't cost any money. But they are priceless.

My wife and 2 sons make all the other trials worth enduring, I keep their pictures close by and like to meditate on them when I get near a breaking point. I also like to study religions and the some of the eastern religions, such as Buddhism and Hinduism, give me a much clearer perspective on the reality of life. That perspective really helps me to understand the NT's in my world and their words and actions.

Someone previously mentioned compassion, the study of Buddhism and Hinduism have really helped me to learn compassion for all people and this has been incredibly freeing for me. I no longer have to view the world with my narrow acceptance of right/wrong actions and speech by other people. This has really lifted a huge burden from my life, I am much freer to explore and improve my own life when I am not busy judging or worrying about everyone else.

:D

The DOG keeps me stable since I was a toddler. And I will still use it as a reference. It's awesome ! :D

Roger Bannister. He went through a hard time growing up, but became an accomplished individual.

My family and my personal interests/obsessions. I can't imagine coping with life without having my aspie interests/passions/obsessions. I feel I would die of boredom being a "normal" person.

Not sure I am "stable" (had a mini-meltdown this morning!)

But my cat is what keeps me going.

The one thing that keeps me stable is knowing my family depends on me to remain that way.
