I was diagnosed with Dyspraxia when I was 3. and then diagnosed with Asperger official when I was 9. when I was diagnosed with AS I was undiagnosed with Dyspraxia because the AS explained all my Dyspraxia symptoms. Up until recently I did not understand why I was undiagnosed with Dyspraxia but now I have read up on them both I have realized they are very similar. You probably not have Dyspraxia it’s just your AS

huh... I thought dyspaxia was a kind of feature blindness, like prosopognosia. Like, you hear sounds, but you don't hear the words and you can't make out grammar.

My son was diagnosed with apraxia, I guess a different degree of dyspraxia, when he was 2. Our OT said it was related to sensory processing difficulties, as he could not sense gravity well and also could not feel where his body was positioned (low vestibular and proprioceptive input).
He also had hypotonia (severely relaxed muscles and ligaments), which I know cannot be changed, but I believe his motor planning is getting better.

My husband never got OT when he was little and still has problems. He can trip on a painted line on the ground because he doesn't lift his feet. Plus he has no idea how hard or soft he is touching people, so he makes a horrible, horrible masseuse. He also has terrible personal hygiene. But he actually drives really well, so I think his vestibular sense is okay. Of course, his brothers still tease him to this day because he can't throw or catch a ball worth beans, and he runs really strangely.

oh yes yes yes yes yes! Both my children!! !! !! ! It was never diagnosed officially by itself, it was kind of just considered a part of their AS.

I have problems with direction. Also if I am driving in a new place, I get lost easily. If I step out of the car to go into a place in a new enviroment, I walk outside and suddenly feel very lost even though I can find my way around.
