My weirdest obsession...

Definately toe/finger nail clippings. I used to have a three jars full of them from my own body :!: (I know...it's gross).

Now THAT has to be the weirdest so far. Most of the others posted aren't weird at all.

hmmm... I missed that one. That IS weird! reminds me of my friend's little brother, whom we think just might have AS. For a while, when he was about 8 or 9, he collected boogers. We're just glad his new obsession is Anime now,

(I'm still obsessed with those things)

& I used to be totally obsessed with Pokemon cards. I still have all my cards, but they are in storage.
In first grade, I was obsessed with dinosaurs for a while.

In middle school, I got obsessed with Titanic, Bufy the Vampire slayer, & pretty much all horror or disaster movies.

Nice...
I still have all of my Pokémon cards! I couldn't bear with parting with them

And the Weather channel ROCKS!! !!

Where is the beautious Queen of Denmark?

oh, Ophelia. . all the time I sang your songs and hit my mark and said your lines, I never understood your plaintive cry (above) ment YOU, what happened to YOUR dreams of being King Hamlet's wife, The Queen Ophelia.
I just thought you were looking for Gertrude. . .

yes, Blanche DuBois ( Streetcar Named Desire) Rita (Educating Rita) Norma Desmond (Sunset Boulevard) on and on and more from "Short Audition Pieces" and "More Short Audition pieces".

so, yes, I recognize the obsession, Poop, ol' girl.

Spiders. Most girls, and 50% of boys appear to be scared of them. I loved them.

Car washes (the kind you drive through). Going through the carwash in my parent's car used to be a major highlight around the age of 3-6.

This is kind of embarrassing, but I have a fixation on making lists. These days it's "Favourite 100" (books, movies etc.) lists, but as a teen I dreamed of becoming a writer, and I kept making lists with possible titles for books I hoped to write. Needless to say, I never got around to writing them. :?

ME TOO! Hahaha! Yay! Someone else who is obsessed with TWC! I think it's obvious by my name and sig that I am hopelessly obsessed with cats and always will be.

I was also obsessed with caterpillars, dinosaurs and cat breeds.

Making ceiling fans out of K'NEX

Pondering what a ceiling fan made out of K'NEX would look like in three to six months hanging outside - Hey, maybe one of you can answer this question for me

Fiddling with the iTunes Equalizer, trying to make it sound nearly identical to my stereo system

Staring up at round ceiling vents (I used to beg my mom to take me into Jordan Marsh so I could stare up at the vents)

Clocking a ceiling fan's RPM with my watch.

I loved "Bambi", I played the tape over and over again and knew every word.. Then it was this thing with buying ice cream, I liked "Piggelin" because it had horses on the paper  Sometimes I bought X15 (I believe that was the name of the ice cream), it had a space ship on it and the ice cream was divided into dark pink, yellow and green..For some reason I loved those colours together and still do.. When I started in the child group in church I was obsessed with by a white plastic horse. We were supposed to sit in a group and sing songs and such, then we drank lemonade and ate cookies and after that it was free time. I always ran up to the playing room to get the white horse..didn't care much about playing with other children.. Maybe if they asked me about the horse

I also had this obsession with creating stables and collecting horse names. I had a file full of drawings with different stables and which horse stood in which stall. All of the horses had different colours and temperament of course..

I was teased for still playing riding school with my plastic horses when I was 12 years old

Looking at the stars, still do...

Id have to say... being outside. Sounds strange yes but I had to spend as much time outdoors as possible growing up for fear I would 'miss something'. Id elaborate but im about to go to work, and i have sooo much to add to this, itll bother me all day long :?

Oh lol, I didn't consider that weird though.
I used to list heights, weights, eye colour etc of favourite actors, write out quotes, copy poems out of books and list all my xmas presents... I had notebooks just for my lists. I still like lists. I also liked to list all the movies I owned by actor.

I love anything geographic and memorized my atlas by the time I was 9! I still collect antique atlases and globes to this day.

On a slightly different note, at one time I was intensely interested in Mikail Gorbachev. I did not miss a single summit meeting between him and Ronald Reagan on T.V. and had to read everything about him. Hey, not bad for a 7 year old...
