Younger. I'm 47, and most of my friends and past girlfriends over the past few years have been in their mid 20s.

I had a "Happy Feet" themed Christmas last year :D:D

See, here's the thing. I have the 5 year old me and then the nerdy intellectual adult me. I watch cartoons AND I watch tons of documentaries, especially about animals, theoretical physics, Ancient History and crime stories. At the same time, I own 3 or 4 Hello Kitty DVDs.

I think I'm a full-grown adult when it comes to intellect, work, money, and friendships. But when it comes to romance and relationships, I think I'm still stuck in the middle school phase. I don't look for relationships in order to make a genuine romantic connection; instead, I just want to be able to say that I have a girlfriend, even if I have to date someone I don't find attractive. This leads me to my next point: I've never been in a relationship longer than two months, and don't really care.

I act very young for my age, not only do I look like I'm 15 or 16, but I act most of the time like I'm 8 or 9, or sometimes like I'm 3 haha. Oh well, I'll grow up one of these days haha.

I act very young. Not at all like someone my age. In fact, I never tell anyone my real age because they don't believe me, & besides, I just don't feel that age. There is nothing "adult" about me in any way. I think, act & talk like a girl around 10 years old. I watch Disney channel, Play with my American Girl dolls, & I even look younger because I'm so tiny & short. I have never been able to work because of anxiety & immaturity. At school, I was picked on for being immature. I have never dated, or done any of the things most high school girls do. I am completely asexual. I feel very uncomfortable around people 18 & older. However, I get along great with kids.

I'm 45 and act like 14. I'm extremely child-like in behavior, and I think it's due to AS. It's the part of AS I love the most. People don't like it in me, though. I think they envy the livelihood that never went lost in me.

Yes. I seem to have 2 modes. The logical, knowledgable, very serious adult, and the childish, tantrum throwing, silly thing doing pseudo adult, lol. I see a fountain, I want to jump in it, I see a puddle, I want to stomp in it, I see a tree, I want to climb in it, I see a silly wig, I want to put it on and walk round in public in it, just to see peoples' reactions...and I love practical jokes. Just a fart can send me into fits of laughter, how childish is that?

And I suppose I have what I would call a sense of childlike wonder at the more simple things in life...nature etc? I certainly do not feel my age. Mostly I feel ageless.

But I do not interract well with children. I am too shy. They are drawn to me, but I cannot act like a child around them very well.

yeah..it's the thing I like about "the way that I am" the most too....
'cept it can be a pain in certain contexts...like working normal jobs....dealing with real-live teenagers etc...

I look +10 years younger than my actual age, and either act significantly older, or like an 8-year-old. :)

I love both... the unadulterated (hey, that word really works here!) JOY of being playful and silly, but I also love the gentle wisdom and maturity of the sage philosopher or wise man.
