As for the K word, I recently heard it on TV(part of a TV show that included neonazis), so I figured I would include it with the N word. The K word is the jewish equivalent.
Oh, I guess you're referring to the fact that hate speech is no longer protected by the first amendment. Words,
in and of themselves, do not constitute hate speech. Intent is everything. Also, people are free to say what they want on private property, within restrictions placed by the property owner.
