I do the Donald Duck poze, jumping up and down, hunched forward, with one fist out, and the other one swinging like a pendulum, while I shout gibberish.

I think coming to online forums is a good way to let off some steam. It definitely leans towards escapism, but that's better than nothing.

I do meridian stuff - works very fast and far less ridiculous than blowing my top.

I just call my boss an idiot... HEhe. Seriously though, I tend to do breathing excersizes for a few minutes before I can relax.

I just get very aggressive so i start punchin walls kickin doors n scream very loud.

Frustration level 1=lowest; 10=highest
After level five, I'm usually alone, so I get better most of the time. Sometimes, however, frustration will increase even after I escape.

1. Whining voice kicks in, heart rate increases, I get jittery
2. Hands sweat and may shake
3. Level one stimming starts (playing with hair, moving leg, tapping fingers, etc.)
4. Stimming continues or gets worse (hand flapping, more violent hair-playing)
5. Run awayyyyyyy (while stimming), may do unkosher things to get away
6. Cry
7. Yell, scream, etc.
8. All of they above, almost uncontrollably
9. Completely out of control :evil:
10. Never gotten there and I hope I never do

[ETA] If I get past about level three, I would consider that the meltdown starting point.
