28. Quite low, a sort of threshold score.

Control (ie not known to have AS/HFA) females according to the study, get an average of 15-16 so I'm not quite with them, lol, those mysterious, ultra-feminine beings.

Just another example of me being the outlier in everything I do, floating on a little island by myself.

Aspie females seem to score almost as highly as aspie males on average. It said so on the graph.

Most people probably know this, but okcupid is a dating site. I took the quiz but wasn't really paying attention to the site's name and made an account thinking it was a place to take a bunch of quizzes. I entered my zip code thinking it was for informational purposes and they displayed it and I had a creepy older guy who now knows where I live hitting on me and he had multiple accounts so I couldn't block him right away. So just be careful!

26-My lowest to date. In the past, I scored 29 and 27. However, I have definite AS traits.

39. in the top one-percentile for my age, meaning that if AS averages about 1-in-200 (which is conservative) then I'm certainly the one who got tagged.

What always saddens me is that tendency for posts like this to promote an "I'm not just AS, I'm THE-FREAKIN'-AS-POSTER-CHILD!" from some, and a disappointed "I scored low" from some others. I do like the way the page points out that "Your score isn't an achievement, it just is," which is entirely appropriate.

You are what you are - high or low isn't an issue.

It doesn't denote how "severely" autistic one is other than pointing out the possibility that you may have an ASD. It also doesn't ask questions that determine one's functioning; only questions that relate to the effect that autism can have on the individual (it looks for this effect).
