yeh, I wondered about the eye contact thing. Used to hate dolls but mum kept trying. Also these dolls had eyes that blinked and moved.

I was envious of my cousin who had a male footy doll.

I didnt have any dolls....... not any real ones just some small ones but i didnt play with them acutally, i just used them to take care of my ponies (one of my first and really longterm obsessions was horses) but i would cut their hair off and take off their clothes and then dump them somewhere and forget about them.... after a while i totally gave up on dolls, the ponies became wild ponies without owners instead :D !
later, when i played with my friend we'd play with dinousaurs and the dolls would be food and the dinosaurs would take the dolls car

can say that i took the eyes out ( mainly because they were my sisters) but i do remember always making their eyes close when i did play with them, which wasnt all tha common seeing as a boy playing with dolls isn't encouraged.

I was cleaning out my room the other day and found a school agenda from middle school. I had taken a pen and drew over every eye in the the thing. never realized i did that untill i saw it.

I never poked dolls' eyes out, but I took their arms, legs and heads off and put them back in the wrong sockets.

Cant really remember though may have decapitated a Barbie and turned her into a finger puppet.

But maybe not.

Never gouged out anyone's eyes. I think that's pretty deviant.

the exact opposite actually. i would draw eyes on dolls' eyeless faces.

i could not stand it when a doll did not have eyes.

i did rip off my barbie dolls' head, though. i liked chewing on their squishy heads.
