Because it's the best place to be!

In order to waste other people's time posting things that are of little value that obsessive people will read just because its there and they are unable to find anything better.

Kalister, I think the question that is even more important here is whether YOU are an NT.

I was DX'ed on the spectrum back when their really was not much of a spectrum from what I understood as a kid. Back in my day their was no AS, You were eather LFA or HFA, I could be wrong but thats what I understood back then when going thru my second autism evaulation at the age of 8.

Dumb question BTW, who cares who is AS or NT on here.

I don't know if I have AS because even though I'm leaning towards this hypothesis I'm undiagnosed. But I know one thing for sure - I'm not a typical neurotypical :)

typo aside, i agree.
though, i can empathize that the worst typo/grammar errors tend to pop up when correcting someone else.

as for the original question, as of wednesday i can no longer 'admit' to being NT. because i'm not.

I was wondering why someone hadn't point this out. Am I the only one that finds such grammar errors extremely annoying?
I vote for thread deletion on the grounds of being unamusing.

When in doubt, ask an autistic. Chances are, they're obsessed with what you need to know.

My feelings exactly.

If I ever prove I'm an NT, I won't even be on this site any longer. I didn't originally intend to post much when I first came here, but that changed after reading around a bit and comparing the experiences of others with my own.

i took the aspie quiz a few months ago and came out mostly neurotypical-only because i've learned social skills over my 45 years on this planet. i still make lots of mistakes-but i keep on trying. however, my aspie score was also high. i've always stimmed including lots of hand flapping and i have an unusually strong attention to details, and many other things i don't remember. then i decided to take the quiz again pretending to be me in junior high and came out very high aspie and very low neurotypical. so what am i? in limbo?
