6 - 8 hours, doing research for my book and looking up things that strike me as interesting. I have to turn the computer off when I go to bed, or I'll get up in the middle of the night and start surfing the net. :)

Weekday - 1 hour relaxed, 2 hours typing up stuff
Weekend - 5 hours relaxed 5 hours typing up stuff

I spend enough time on on the computer that my husband says that he feels I have OCD rather the AS, because I cannot pass the stupid thing without stopping to check my mail or whatever. I need intervention. :) All in all I think I spend about 3 hrs. a day on the here.

Am do not understand time,so do not know specific,but will be on it until am forced off it,or if it doesn't work.
Used to be a lot worse when lived with family,because they never got am off it.
