I thought I had a gluten allergy in high school and a few years into college, but I think I'm just sensitive to high fat foods and was becoming more intolerant of them. I was losing weight for some time as well. I'm really sensitive to caffeine, both for anxiety and GI reasons, but I still drink a lot of coffee! There is a tenable link between autism and microbiome anomalies:

Cannot emphasize emough how important it is to configure your diet and ((SUPPLEMENTS)) to give you optimal digestion . Seriously if all Aspies just took a chewable papaya dupplement with their food , It might alleviate much suffering . Alittle Yoghurt weekly would very possibly help and or a Acidophilus multi strain supplement could only help.
Just my own experience .
The enzymes in papaya .. seriously help breakdown stuff in the gut , much better so it can be absorbed by the Gut.
Removing stress from other organs trying to metabolize the nutrients or fats in the overall system. ..(Imho).
( Not sure I would agree, with the idea of anyone having internal Organs, that are not needed.)
Might not take it for granted that your nody will work as efficiently as it did just a few years ago....
Its not a conspirascy idea , that our current crop yeilds do not have the same nutrient density as when you were younger.
