My skin has always been very sensitive to touch. I remember when I had a fever my skin did hurt, along with aching bones and muscles and headache. But it was strange, sore skin on my back and down one arm...

Sometimes I get sore little patches like this for no apparent reason though.

Yes, sometimes my skin just hurts really badly. It kind of feels like when you get chill bumps (only without the bumps) but painful. I don't even know if my description makes sense.
But it's not all over my body, it happens in random places. Sometimes my shoulder, sometimes my lower back, hip, leg, etc.
I don't know if we're talking about the same thing, but yes...
