I remember when I watched Junior wondering how long it was going to take before a man had a baby. Didn't seem like science fiction, then.

Going into another meltdown, because of that stupid discussion.

the majority of my class m8s talk such crap in lessons lol. i'll try and talk about somethin interesting and they just dont give one, its wierd how much people like talking about stupid crap.

I hate it just as much when you have to hear about their social lives. Did anyone see that video where an innocent girl was attacked by six girls? Today it's about toes. (lame.) I don't take humor that well. Yesterday's focus on that topic caused me to go into a sensory overload. The flourescent lighting drove me nuts. It was so bright. And the chattering, arrrgh. The more I hear it, the more overwhelming it gets. It's so loud, despite one of my eardrums perforated. I wished they could just shut up. But I sat there and did nothing, which made me completly shut down. It's like a computer crashing, or my brain infected with spyware. I tell you it's not pretty.

Chimchar, You can't honestly expect to control what other people do, say, etc. If you don't like a conversation in class ask to be excused.

I saw this baby topic on Oprah (or was it Dr Phil?) anyway the 'man' was born a woman. Check out their websites for the details I can't remember which show it was.

Not to mock Chimchar's pain, but this thread makes me giggle.

Are these people talking during class period itself? If so, tell them to shut up. If not, then I'm sorry. Other than trying to steer the conversation yourself, there's nothing you can do. If it's too much for you, you just need to remove yourself from the situation.

Wear ear-plugs.

Or listen to music through head-phones, if you are allowed.
